This week has been de loading from the gym but has been walking everyday so much energy now with the slight increase in calories but I will taper off carbs so not cause any spill over after 3 days of high carbs.

Haven’t had pizza yet been getting into French toasts and pancakes plus protein cookies that I have been cooking.
