::TDX00'S ONE MEAL A DAY::
1300kcal (45-50% protein)

Ingredients:
Coles "American BBQ" packet salad - 400g - 308kcal
Thomson's Deli Short Cut Bacon - 200g - 306kcal
Protein du jour (chicken/beef/pork/anon) - ~600kcal
Coles Peanut Oil (for cooking) - 10ml - 81kcal

Method:
Grill bacon and chosen protein. Combine with salad. Consume once per day. Try not to cry. Repeat until your arse disappears.
