Lengthened partials, I knew I was right in doing them. I've always done them with heavy dumbbell presses for chest and it's one of my best body parts. New research showing they have a benefit. Recently I've been doing them for split squats as well. Focusing on the stretch at the bottom and only coming up 1/2-3/4 of the way up. It makes sense. Effort and muscle tension are important. Anyway, DP has made fun of me for doing the bottom half of the bench press. The audacity when she knows these pecs are outta control. :P

Love your posts and information you give out! When not having access to the weights I need this as it least seems to be a good movement to maximize the workout also.

I guess the no pain no gain saying is right. These suck on leg press! The burn is nutty! Doing them right meow.
