Air fried shrimp and Tattooed Chef Cauliflower Stir Fried Rice. The one upside of having BF gone all the time. Not afraid to buy some splurges and eat them. Once i started weighing these shrimp rather than counting them (they say serving size is 3), the total calories wasn’t as bad as i initially feared. I bought some fresh spices and tossed the old ones, such a difference.

Yep, counting can be way off. I weigh everything, in grams. Your meal looks delicious.
