Well, after 398 days of walking at least one mile a day (sometimes up to six), yesterday I blew it. I was sick, and I just never even thought about getting my walking in. Well, I guess 398 days is pretty good. I’m going to start a new goal for 2024 of walking at least TWO miles a day. Also in 3924, I want to get my weight down into the 160’s and maintain there. Praying for motivation and discipline to accomplish these goals.

I signed up for the one-year membership in my online piano lessons with the Piano By Pictures Academy. The private Facebook group for that is very encouraging, and I’m making good progress.

Sorry, you are feeling poorly. There has been so much to do, probably your body is tired. Your Christmas rush will be over soon. We all will be making new goals. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

sounds like 399 days in a row of self care, with one of those days being rest. you didn't blow anything. you're doing great!
