So these little flaxseed muffins are quite the fiber bomb. Tasty too. It's raining today, so will need to find some way to exercise indoors tonight if the storm doesn't blow through by then. Skies opened up last night just as we were walking out the front door, so had to abandon those plans. Hopefully, will just be cloudy tonight. I'm also totally fine with serious rain, as we still need it badly. Just in case anyone in charge is listening. :)
