Very non-standard weekend day. Spent the day doing more heavy cleaning and moving of stuff - meaning going through more stuff and getting rid of it. Heavy lifting and all. Took all day, I sweated a lot, so even though the steps weren't there, I know I burned some calories. It was also very hot outside, so hid inside out of the heat. Ate the two pieces of stuffed salmon pretty much all day long as it was already cooked, delicious and I was doing other things. Calories aren't that bad, but the salt is a little overwhelming. None left at this point, so back to regular better for me food.

House looks good - just need to call Salvation Army to pick this stuff up and get it out of here. Then, we can work on the next room.
