I just had a bad BSL figure of 10.9 1 hour after lunch. Today i had a thai takeaway with white rice. Over the last 2 weeks my BSL after lunch has hovered between 4.7 and 6.2 after eating just a simple keto salad, vegies, meat, cheese & avocado.
I was getting a little disheartened on this diet as the weight loss has stopped & I will probably put on a kg or 2. But a stable BSL is more important in the end
