I'll start this up again tomorrow. Back to following my diet today. I want to give this one more go. The arthritis in my left hip and the effect it has on the muscles in my thigh means I cant exercise like I want to now. But hopefully it becomes functional and I can do something.

Hopefully the warmer weather helps.

Losing some weight helps the arthritis too. My mum has had very bad arthritis (with one knee replaced). Now she has lost 20kg over a year or so and the other knee hardly bothers her now.
