plateaued recently so at the advice of a friend, i added in some more carbs for a few weeks, now starting pure induction again. we'll see how it goes. bring on the bacon, cheese and heavy whipping cream again.

Keep up the veggies too, in the form of fresh green salads--with lots of real mayo, none of that low cal stuff either that has added sugar. If you like cole slaw try making some at home using fresh cabbage and some crunchy cooked bacon; and make your own low carb cole slaw dressing using real mayo, a tiny bit of vinegar and some artificial sweetner like stevia. Crunchy, salty and sweet all in one very low carb dish. Yummy! Have fun!!
