Oh, it's a good day today! I'm now in my second set of 10's. I haven't seen the 150's for about 7 years. And while I'm going down slowly, it hasn't been nearly as painful as when I've lost weight in the past. I'm amazed at how relatively easy it's been to keep going. I have to credit the inclusion of fats to keep me on the right path.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
