72hr fast done. Thats the longest I have done and was amazed at how brilliant I feel. Tightening skin is a side effect I hope I get 😄
61.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ummm... I wouldnt say i recommend fasting. When you ever go back to eating regularly, your body will sustain and digest all the food you eat, which is even worse for weight loss. The theory behind weight loss is energy use over calorie you ate. So if you increase exercise and eat regularly, you can still lose weight. Plus you will build muscle instead of losing muscle. When you do not eag, the body takes energy from your muscle to sustain itself, so your weight loss is more than likely muscle loss. I made the same mistakes in the past and i will not go back to it. I remember how I never had the motivation or energy to exercise, and when i do, i exhaust myself within 20mins. Now i can do 1 and a half hour exercise and burn all the energy quickly. Please do take my advise and not damage your body. Weight loss is for your own health, not just a number.

I do LCHF it’s brilliant! Weight loss , and lots of energy never going back to high exercise and carbs again
