Wow thought as I ate yesterday all day and pizza Saturday I would of put on weight
Tonight I ate at my mums and yes lasagne and eggplan
Let’s see what my scales say tomorrow
75.8 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
