Last year, around this time, I was creeping my way up the scale to my recent high of nearly 180. This year, I’m some 20 lbs lighter and even though the loss has slowed somewhat, I’m much healthier. I can walk fast up big hills without getting winded, I have a lot more energy, and even though I’m often chained to a keyboard, I’m doing a better job of making time to take care of me. It hasn’t been easy, I stress myself out a lot, but I’m trying to stay the path. So, happy birthday to me, we’re going for even stronger and healthier this year! I think I’m changing my goal to 125 and a body fat percentage of 25, give or take a little.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
