Today I feel very swollen which is normal after I have a big day and finish late on Wednesday night
I didn’t drink much water and didn’t have a lot of my calories
Also my periods are due which I always feel pretty crap
75.9 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
