yesterday I did 18500 steps dog's loved it. but I guess I ate extra as well. still I'm down 4.7kg since 20/08/18 to me not bad at 64
83.6 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
