😳😳 Don’t look at me... I have NO idea how this could’ve occurred over night! Especially when calories were so high! And I didn’t drink near enough yesterday. Some coffee, a smoothie and two bottles of water. Don’t think I even had my daily Coke Zero cherry.

I crazy fluctuate during the day (which is why I like to weigh in after 2 meals)... 2.3kgs difference during the day the other day I didn't sleep... so figured I'd see how much I actually fluctuate for wake time... weighed myself 18 times in 24 hours. Anything from 52.8 to 55.1. That's what 6liters of Pepsi Max'll do. Hahaha.

Sometimes I weight throughout the day for giggles. I can fluctuate about that much too but its always higher after a big meal and goes down a bit by bedtime. Usually bedtime weight (if I haven’t had any huge meals) is 1-2# higeothan the next morning weight. This time it was 133.8 last night 😳 and 128.8 today. Hubby can lose 8# over night but gains it back as he’s a big eater. Still have no idea how he can have 8# of liquid and solid waste in his system though.
