I'm a little disappointed in my loss, but at least I made some progress still. There were a few times this week where I had some foods that were really high in fat. I just really need to use the good food guidelines and drink more water to help my body get rid of excess waste.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yo, I too feel disappointed this week. I've been binging on cheese and crackers. I'm a major salt eater. I need to get back on track right now cause I weigh in Tues. and I need to guard against discouragement. We can do this!! Let's keep trying!! One setback doesn't spell failure.

Although it may not have been as much as you wanted, a pound is still a great loss. Google what an actual pound of fat looks like and it will put things in more of a perspective for you. Keep going, you are doing great!
