Oh no! Those nachos went straight to my hips! That popcorn... oops that I forgot to log... went straight to my arse. Better fast and cut back to 800 kcal a day for a week to make up for this huge 0.2# gain overnight!

In all seriousness, I would’ve cut back drastically if possible when I started. Now I understand that I’m dehydrated so retaining fluid. I need to use the restroom. Those things I ate weren’t healthy but they didn’t actually hurt me and were so worth it. No harm no foul! (Making fun of myself here not anyone else. But if you are offended then relax a bit 😉. Life is so boring when you can’t have treats, when you can’t live a little and when you can’t make fun of yourself once in a while!)
