Really body? Lose a couple pounds this month already then gain 1.4# back over night? Guess that’s only half of my loss so I should be thankful. (Said as I’m chugging a propel and headed to look at my sodium intake. Like 1000 yesterday BUT with base seasoning it was probably a higher sodium day and I didn’t account for that.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

4400ish mg of sodium with my two meals of soup. Found the culprit! Ugh now to flush that out of my system today. It’s cold! I don’t want water when it’s cold! Goodbye morning coffee. Our visit this morning was too brief 😖.

4762 mg sodium today already so I’ll be retaining more water tomorrow lol. Doing my best to drink water today but I can’t track as kids keep helping themselves. Not too worried about it but you are correct, it’s annoying!
