Well one thing getting sick taught me was that I hold about 4# of food and water in my system lol. This will be back in a few days as I start eating again and rehydrate.
55.2 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you! I’ve dozed this afternoon. I’ve had probably one bottle of water and half a bottle of ginger ale along with 15 crackers. It all settled well. I’m betting I can eat dinner in a couple hours! About a week ago I made chicken and carrots so I can just scoop some out and add noodles and broth. About 400 kcal for two bowls before cheese and crackers. Hubby wants hotdogs but yeah... that probably won’t settle well haha. Have the chicken on the second shelf. The top freezes and the second stays super cold so I hope the chicken is still good. As the tummy isn’t perfect yet I’m sure I’ll be able to tell by smelling it. I also snuck a piece of fudge and that stayed down. Surprised me but I’m so hungry and wanted some flavor and all I could reach without getting up was fudge and a candy bar the kids left there. I’ll have to get protein soon because I’m too weak and I hate this feeling as much as getting sick!
