Hmmm my body likes this weight! I’m considering upping the calories to about 1700 to see if I can get my metabolism to ‘accept’ 1700 without gaining. 1500 Stinks lol. 1700-1800 is where I want to be. 2000 would be nice but let’s face it, I just don’t eat that much anymore. 2k would allow for a daily candy bar but that’s part of what got me to 160% so...

Anyone know if my metabolism would raise to accept 1700-1800 as my maintenance without changing my sm%, bf%, weight or activity level? I know you can fix it once it’s damaged by slowly adding some calories in but I don’t know if I could raise it that much. Depending on my activity level, the last time I checked, it showed 1500-1650. I was around 128-130 then I think.

My sweet spot seems to be about 1500. I’d prefer 1700 lol. Just trying to figure out if I can ‘fix’ the metabolism to allow for 1700 with my current activity and body structure. 😉
