Doing it right this time. Daily exercise and food accountability. Last cigarette was 285 days ago and i REFUSE to use that as an excuse for my weight gain. I gained the weight so I am responsible to lose the weight.
75 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
