Sigh, guess I need to up the water. Man I’ve gotten bad about drinking water and it shows as I’m retaining it lately. Eh still within goal and it’s just water. Off to see if I can down a whole bottle with my morning meds!

I just dumped a bunch of water weight overnight. But don't do it the way I did...too much alcohol. Ugh... Drinking as much as I can today. So dehydrated!

Ahh, someone was eaves dropping! :) I did have fun, though. I haven't had that much to drink in probably a decade or more. And I don't recommend it. The head is a bit foggy this morning. At least that's the extent of my hangovers: tired, thirsty, and a bit muddled.

Oh my! I can imagine, alcohol beverages makes me sick, stomachaches, headaches, etc. next day 🤮😰

Haha LZ. I’m on meds that make the alcohol worse and then alcohol makes the meds worse. Well I won’t have any anxiety tonight! 2 16 oz cans down and force fed the last to hubby so I wouldn’t drink it. On a good note, I burned off over 200 kcal dancing to Nelly in 40 minutes until my legs gave out lol. I’ve met my Apple watches move and exercise goals for the day. Figured out you have to get in the exercise app or it’ll record 0-2 minutes per day and that’s it. 82-168 heart rate so that’s not so good. I expect it to be high being a cancer survivor and taking chemo that weakened my heart but I was expecting 140ish. 194 was my all time high last summer. Felt like my chest was on fire! Now I just want to sleep lol. But have potato soup to finish and figure out how to log when I can’t even read what I’m typing haha. Ah good times! I’ll be thirsty with a horrible headache by morning unless I can suck down a couple gallons of water. 😖 hope that’s the right smiley hehe.

I drank one bottle. Oops. And yes shhhh. I won’t tell anyone ;). Nobody in my house cares about the diet or app anymore 🤦‍♀️

I was having a problem getting my mother to drink water. It was as simple as changing her water bottles to a brand with lids with spout tops!

I like those tops too 😉. Propel works for me but some days I’m just not thirsty and it’s hard to even want to think about drinking water or anything else. Then I wake up like today where I’m super thirsty.
