I haven't listed my ups n downs. I was about to start tracking food again today to stay on track and was rather pleased to see the scales today :-) I thought I'd be around 65ish
63.5 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
