Morning 5.3. Goal for May was to get blood sugar levels under control again. I let myself go for a few months and enjoyed way too much drinking. I was pretty shocked though when I decided to test my blood. Also wanted to drop down to 80kg if i could, so everything is good.
Goal for June is to get back into the habit of exercising most days, particularly weekends. I have started already but can up the intensity now.
