Aftet a month off travelling through South East Asia I was dreading jumping on the scales today. Very happy I'm basically at the same weight although I will say gym killed me. Tomorrow I will struggle to get bend down. 😅
72.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
