Hmmm. Perhaps this is a muscle gain. I was here about 2 weeks ago for a week then lost a pound. Perhaps then I was dehydrated or had lost some fat. Or I’ve gained fat. Or I need to potty. Or who cares right lol. It is what it is and my head hurts so I’ll go with it and not figure it out :).
55.1 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I got a scale that tells you water weight% and fat% for like $15 at a sporting goods store and it is helpful

I have a scale but it’s horribly inaccurate. It runs 5% or more higher than a body scan. (Scan shows 25.8% while my scale shows 31-34%).

Kenton, my waist has grown a bit but not much. I can see more abs. Barely lol. Hubby noticed the small indents for the first time the other day! I’ve gained 1/2” I think. That’s over the last 3-4 months I think and I’ve been working out for 3. Eating maintenance calories or 10-15% over/under on average. Usually the months end shows a bit over maintenance. I’ll hope it IS muscle!

Yeah. I forgot to take the stupid thing with me to weigh immediately. So I’m just trying to keep it around 32% as that’s about middle. It’s never said less than 30%. If it goes up 1% and stays there then I’ll worry ;).
