😭😭😱😢 whyyyyyy? 🧐🤨maybe cause 1- didn’t exercise cardio. 2. The big portion (2 screws grilled chicken ) was for dinner. 3- didn’t workout after that. 4. Didn’t have a lot of 💧 water.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
