That’s what I get for not weighing for a couple days 🤪.

New workout routines this week plus I mowed yesterday and was in the heat for about 3 hours total. Just 💦
55.2 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol LZ maybe so! I keep forgetting to weigh so I know it’s not accurate on a daily basis but close enough for now. I’ll save the freak outs for my next cut.

@fox, yes I believe humidity and heat do play a part. We sweat it out and our body knows we will sweat more so retains some. Thankfully it’s supposed to be upper 80’s for awhile soon so maybe we are done with mid 90’s for a bit. Nothing to do about Oklahoma humidity lol. It’s a constant. Just ask my hair!
