Have decided to regain motivation and lose weight. Have 2 Michelin tyres. My goal weight is 60kg by Jan 2020 when we go skiing.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
