So I would hazard a guess that the hrt is interfering with this diet. Total weight loss since 16th May =3 kgs.TOTAL. :-( I'm just hoping that it's possible to lose more. I have more important things to focus on now like aging at a rate of knots and prep for an upcoming wedding - MINE. The low carb diet has changed my way of looking at food but it's incredibly boooooooring and I still miss all the foods I've always eaten. I'm not an evangelical zealot abut the diet and do have pasta once a fortnight and the occasional piece of toast and God forbid below ground vegetable... Good luck all.
