Up and down ! The diary doesn’t show it because I get determined to loss the weight before I weigh again loss of 1.5 kgs happy with that but still a few to go.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
