Have had a lot of stress in my life and going thru menopause. Gave up watching what I was eating and was feeling depressed. I just want to get back to 55kg and stay there.
56.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
