What can I say about this week and how I feel. 100% effort - 5% result. Memories come forth about all those past diets. The regiment, the guilt, the plateaus, not being able to enjoy food I love, no alcohol. I can honestly say that I've done everything right to the inth. I know you can't undo the fat that you've packed on over a long period and expect it to disappear overnight. I know this. But, it still seems like pushing against the tide every day. "I'll keep trying," she says with a sigh.

After I entered this, the comment from myfatsecret was " at this rate, it will take 4 months to lose 3 kg" 4 MONTHS!!! :(
92.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Don't feel discouraged, I know it's hard! isn't it better that in four months time you will be less than you are now? Don't think of this as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change and just enjoy every day! 😀

😀 hey I know what it's like, I've been doing WW for years, this app was mentioned on the WW Fb page so thought I would check it out, it's quite good and a real eye opener, most of my calories come from snacks and 93gm sugar 😱

The scales are heading in the right direction. I to stumbled on this app when I heard about it on a WW page. I can now see why I have been maintaining the last year. Way to many calories consumed in their zero point foods
