Just back from 3 weeks holiday in UK and Spain. Gain is not as bad as I suspected. Regime is back on once I am over my jetlag!
58.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
