I'm weighing myself mid-day after breakfast and two coffees, but before lunch and any workouts. I expect it to be 161 or lower tomorrow and I will try to remember to hop on the scale before I start my day. Been busy doing stuff today.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
