went for an hour walk last night. fasted till lunch, didn't over eat at lunch with a anti pasto platter (first time I controlled myself) and had steak and salad for dinner and a small amount of sugar free choc.
91.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
