Have had a few different weights ranging from 79.3-79.9. Am still AF, (day 29 of the experiment today) and intermittent fasting, having a few treats of sugar and bread. Training-variations of weights, walking, and classes when I can. Waist still 106cm
79.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
