Lol. Ate close to 3,000 kcal yesterday which is double my RDI. 1/2# may be a true gain. Some will come off this weekend I hope.

Lol. I’ll get fat. I ate yesterday like I used to eat and I didn’t gain muscle then. Of course I didn’t lift either. Hoping some of the nutrition stayed with me for my workout tonight!
