Having friends to dinner. Veggie chilli with rice, nachos, guacomole and yoghurt and rhubarb compote with vanilla ice cream and almond biscotti for dinner. No calories being counted as a reward for reaching my goal.A glass of wine may also be drunk. Back to normal tomorrow!

Did plenty of exercise yesterday so looking at the calorie deficit I probably broke even on the day with the big dinner. Totally worth it!
