what's weird and has happened twice is after putting on weight whilst being strict, I've had a blow out day (around 2000 cals abs30 carbs) and that gets my weight loss ball rolling again.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
