Not good! I didn't eat enough before training this past week end! I lost a little too much weight. I think I need to consume a little more carbs this week to maintain 155 so I won't dip below goal.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
