I really need to not eat dinner just because its dinner time when I'm not hungry. not even tristan or Zalea (not feeling well) had dinner so I could have easily gone without.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
