weigh in after nye ad Christmas looking good! added half a banana to breakfast and berries making me feel much more energetic during day, been keeping to low carb relatively well!
111.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
