Been a little crook this week but keeping vigilant in my new low carb lifestyle choices. lost more weight again just trying to keep fluids up so probably some is water weight. However feeling really good considering I've got the flu. have now added small healthy carbs (oats, banana, fruit,) at breakfast and lunch and my body is responding really well.
