So much for getting good numbers on the scale. Up a pound and a half. Bummer. Husband says that I put on a couple of pounds the first time I started the keto diet but I don't recall that. Anyways...keep after it.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
