just got back from holidays *port Macquarie and I was expecting a loss after the minimal loss from egg fast which i was suspecting was due to me retaining fluid and once I got my period of drop a kg on top but no ... big gain instead!!! I didn't even blow the diet on holidays. said no to ice cream, went to the Buffett and only got what I was hoping was keto stuff. one day I did a fast from 3pm till 11am the next day. so aarrggghh to the 1 and a half kg put on in 3 days!!! So my period finally came (on the first day of holidays of course) and I've still got it (probs due to finish in 4 days now),so really ... i should not stress until they are over. I'll just keep trying to be strict and as low carb as possible. good news is I weighed myself tonight and I'm the same weight as I was this morning and there is usually a kg difference between the start and finish of the day so with a bit of luck I'll be 1kg down in the morning. I was just so excited about reaching that 14 kg down mark and was on my way to a major milestone of 15 but all of a sudden this morning I was 12.5kg down which is still good but a definite and unexpected set back. hopefully tomorrow I'll be back to 13 kg or more down. Time will tell!
