I know it has not been a week yet, but I had a loss and wanted to post! YEAH this plan is working afterall!!! JUST a bit slow!

62.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 10.0 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
