Grilled fish with mixed greens and 3 slices of tomato. Doing much better on my diet while my partner is away FIFO hahaha! No destructions, no temptations. So much easier when I don't have to cook all his favourite meals. Feeling positive 😊
102.7 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
